NOVA ACQUIRES ICARE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FROM CSC
May 2017 – Nova concluded the agreement to acquire the entire Intellectual Property (IP) rights to the iCARE Hospital Information System from CSC (formerly known as “iSOFT”). This includes the iCARE source codes and related technical documentation. Following the execution of the S&P agreement with CSC, all the existing and active maintenance contracts were novated to Nova.
