Singapore’s Minister for Law, K Shanmugam visited Legal Aid Bureau (LAB) a department under the Ministry of Law on 25 January 2017 and was given a demonstration of GENIE (Green End-to-End Paper Process supported by Intelligent E-System), a system which has transformed LAB’s case management into a paperless environment. Minister Shanmugam was impressed enough to share what he witnessed on his Facebook page.
Commissioned on 23 January 2017 by novaCITYNETS, GENIE supports end-to-end case management operations starting from registration of a case, conducting means tests, statement taking, granting of aid, assigning cases, managing and tracking the case until case close, with extended services to relevant stakeholders via e-Services and m-Services.
GENIE, developed on PAVO™ Case Management Suite is another example of a successful project by Nova in helping our customers automate and streamline their processes to improve efficiency.
