THETA EDGE AND NOVA FORMS JOINT VENTURE COMPANY

5 Sep 2023 – Nova has signed a landmark agreement with Theta Edge Berhad to establish a joint venture company to jointly market and implement state-of-the-art e-government solutions as well as a full range of IT services including system integration, consultancy and infrastructure system services in Malaysia.

Nova MSC’s Executive Director, Mr Nazerollnizam Bin Kasim, said: “We are immensely proud of this collaboration with Theta Edge Berhad.
