NOVA TIES-UP WITH QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

May 2018 – Nova announces a tie-up with General Microsystems (GMS), a market in leader in provision of intelligent Queue Management Systems (QMS) solutions to seamlessly connect with our healthcare platform – VESALIUS Hospital and Clinical Information Systems.

“A very critical part of our product strategy is to continuously evaluate emerging technology and proven 3rd party applications that can improve of our overall solution. As a result, we have opted to collaborate with GMS to jointly study the possibilities and improve patient flows at key points of delivery within a hospital,” said Mr Lai Teik Kin, CEO of novaHEALTH.

“We are very excited to partner with Nova, a company that has consistently delivered successful implementations in the region to create an integrated solution. We are looking forward in collaborating our QMS, Digital Signage and customer feedback solutions with Nova’s VERSALIUS to improve overall customer experiences,” added Mr Simon Soo Hu, CEO of GMS.

The collaboration will see both companies work closely to map features and find common exchange points in both application platforms. The tight integrationwill deliver features that will ultimately benefit our customers and their patients.

Both companies are also in advanced discussions to jointly develop a mobile app to augment what we are already doing to further improve patient journey experience.
