Nova Signs MOU with Chinese Partner

17 Jun 2011 – Nova MSC’s intent to expand into the Chinese market enters another level when it announced the signing of the MOU between its healthcare subsidiary novaHEALTH with Ultrapower, China.

The agreement will see Ultrapower representing the VESALIUS full range of healthcare software solutions in China as well as implementing the system.

In the week preceding the signing-ceremony, Nova also trained the Ultrapower sales and technical team on the healthcare products.
