Apr 2012 – Nova MSC Berhad announced that it had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Republic of The Philippines under the name of “novaSOLUTIONS (Philippines), Inc” (“NSP”). The Certificate of Incorporation of NSP was received on 2 April 2012.
The principal activity of NSP is to provide information technology expertise/ consultancy services to foreign and local entities; and expanding future business.
