Nova MSC Berhad (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd (“NCN”), has been awarded a contract from Singapore’s Land Transport Authority on 1 August 2023 for the extension of the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services for the Enterprise Registry & Archival (ERA) System, which includes provision of professional services for service requests, for another 3 years from 27 January 2024 to 26 January 2027, for approximately RM7.0 million (approximately S$2.1 million) (“Contract”).
NCN does not expect any material risk arising from the Contract other than the normal operational risk associated with the Contract.
The said Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Nova MSC Berhad. It is also not expected to have any material impact to the result of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2024.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Nova MSC Berhad or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
