Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, NOVAMSC wishes to announce that the following offer under NOVAMSC ESOS to eligible employees (including Executive Director) of NOVAMSC and its subsidiary companies in accordance to the By-Laws of the ESOS.
Details of the NOVAMSC Options are as follows:-

| (c) | Number of NOVAMSC options offered | Tranche 1 : 4,500,000
Trabche 2 : Up to 10,500,000 |
| (d) | Market price of NOVAMSC shares on date of offer | Closing price of NOVAMSC share on date of offer is RM0.105 |
| (e) | Number of NOVAMSC share option granted to each Directors | Chan Wing kong
– Tranche 1 : 2,000,000 – Tranche 2 : Up to 5,000,000 |
| (f) | Vesting period of NOVAMSC share options | Tranche 1 : Not applicable
Tranche 2 : The number of options to be vested shall be subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria by the aligible enmployees over the performance period concluding at the end of the financial year ending 31 March 2017. |
