OTHERS Nova MSC Berhad (“Company”) Change in Remuneration Committee

The Board of Nova MSC Berhad wishes to announce on the following changes in the Remuneration Committee with effect from 28 August 2018:

1.      Mr Peter Wayne Thompson has been re-designated as the new Remuneration Committee Chairman;

2.      Mr David Choo Boon Leong has been appointed as the new Remuneration Committee member;

3.     Mr Onn Kien Hoe has retired from his position as the Remuneration Committee Chairman;

The new composition of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 28 August 2018, is as follows:

1.      Mr Peter Wayne Thompson (Chairman) (Independent Non-Executive Director);

2.      Y.A.M. Tunku Dato’ Seri Nadzaruddin Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar (member)(Non -Independent Non-Executive Director); and

3.      Mr Lim Hak Min (member) (Independent Non-Executive Director);

4.     Mr David Choo Boon Leong (member) (Independent Non-Executive Director);
