Contents :The Board of Directors of NOVA MSC Berhad (“NOVA”) wishes to announce that NOVA
has on 4th September 2006 received a written Notice of Nomination pursuant Section 172(11)
of the Companies Act, 1965 from Mr. Tan Yew Soon, a shareholder of the Company, for the
appointment of Messrs Folks DFK & Co as Auditors of NOVA in place of the retiring auditors,
Messrs KPMG.The proposed change of auditors is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company
at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened.
This announcement is dated 4th September 2006.
