Reference is made to the earlier announcement made on 15 August 2005 with regards to the “Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature”.
We are pleased to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort, Jalan 3/155B, Bukit Jalil 57000 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 28 September 2005 at
3.00 p.m. in relation to the above Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate.
The notice convening the EGM as attached herewith will be published in “New Straits Time” on Monday, 12 September 2005
