NEW ISSUE OF SECURITIES (CHAPTER 6 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : FUND RAISING NOVA MSC BERHAD (NOVAMSC OR THE COMPANY) PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF NOVAMSC (PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT)

We refer to our earlier announcements dated 14 September 2015 and 18 September 2015 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 1 October 2015 (which was received via facsimile on 2 October 2015) approved the listing of and quotation for up to 50,250,760 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:

(i)   NOVAMSC and RHBIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii)   NOVAMSC and RHBIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(iii)  NOVAMSC to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
