We refer to the announcements dated 14 September 2015, 18 September 2015 and 2 October 2015 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 October 2015 (“Price Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price at RM0.106 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.106 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.79% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of NOVAMSC Shares up to and including 2 October 2015 (being the last market day prior to the Price Fixing Date) of RM0.1175 per NOVAMSC Share.

The payment from the placee(s) are expected to be received within five (5) market days from the Price Fixing Date.
