NOVA MSC BERHAD (“NOVAMSC” OR THE “COMPANY”) PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN NOVAMSC (“SHARES” OR “NOVAMSC SHARES”) (“PLACEMENT SHARES”) OF UP TO 10% OF NOVAMSC’S ISSUED SHARES (“PLACEMENT”)

 

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 October 2023, 12 October 2023, 23 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 14 May 2024, 30 May 2024 and 14 November 2024 in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of NovaMSC, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 3 December 2024, approved NovaMSC’s application for second extension of time of another 6 months up to 29 May 2025 to complete the implementation of the Placement.
