Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 February 2019, 7 March 2019, 20 March 2019 and 30 August 2019 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of NOVAMSC, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 20 September 2019, resolved to grant a further extension of time until 19 March 2020 for NOVAMSC to complete the Private Placement.
