We refer to the announcements dated 18 January 2016, 5 February 2016 and 17 March 2016 (“Announcements“). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement has been fixed today (“Price Fixing Date“) at RM0.10 per Placement Share for the first tranche of the Private Placement.

The issue price of RM0.10 per Placement Share represents the par value of the NOVAMSC Shares.

The payment from the placee(s) are expected to be received within five (5) market days from the Price Fixing Date.
