NEW CONTRACT AWARDED

We refer to the above captioned and the earlier announcement on 20th January 2006.
On 20th January 2006, the Company had announced that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd (“NCN”), has been informed by its consortium partner Oakchem Sdn Bhd (“OSB”) on 20th January 2006, that OSB had received a letter of award dated 10 January 2006 from the Land Transport Department (“LTD”), Ministry of Communications, Brunei Darussalam for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of a New Land Transport Information System (“Contract”).

The Company is pleased to announce that OSB and its main subcontractor, NCN, had officially signed the Contract with LTD on 11 May 2006 for B$7.94 million (approximately RM18.2 million). The Company expects the project to contribute positively to the result of the Group.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Nova MSC Berhad or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
