PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPANY’S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders to undertake a Proposed Amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
 
The Proposed Amendments is to streamline the Articles of Association of the Company to be in line with the recent amendments to the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the Mesdaq Market to render consistency throughout.
 
A circular containing the information on the proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
