We refer to the announcement dated 5 September 2023, in relation to the Joint Venture and Shareholders’ Agreement between the Company and THETA. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update that Digital EG Sdn Bhd, the joint venture company, is planning to incorporate Digital EG solutions into the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (“MPAJ”) Smart City Project and will continuously seeking similar opportunities with other federal and state agencies.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement if there is any material development.
