The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Bhd (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s subsidiary, CNA Development Pte Ltd had incorporated a wholly-owned limited liability company in the Republic of Singapore on 16 September 2016 with the following details:
Name of new subsidiary: Buildmetrix Pte Ltd (“Buildmetrix”)
Principal activity: Provision of information technology consultancy and solutions
Directors: Mr. Michale Ong Liang Huat
At incorporation, the issued and paid-up capital of Buildmetrix is SGD2, comprising of 2 ordinary shares.
Rationale for the Incorporation of Buildmetrix
The incorporation of Buildmetrix is for the purpose of developing and marketing intergrated Building Management Systems and Facility Management solution to customers.
Financial Effect of the Incorporation of Buildmetrix
The incorporation of Buildmetrix will not have any effect to the issued and paid-up capital of the Company as well as its substantial shareholders’ shareholding and is not expected to have a material effect on the earning, net assets and gearing of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2017.
Directors and Major Shareholder’ Interest
None of the other directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or indirect in the above transaction.
