Nova MSC Berhad (the Company) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, novaCITYNETS International Pte Ltd, has been engaged by Husain Almasri and Mahmoud Alahdab Consultant Engineering C.O. (“HAMCO”), a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to provide our proprietary FORNAXTM ePlanCheck (Automated Building Plan Checking Expect System) license and technical consultancy service for a total contract price of approximately SAR 8.3 million (or approximately RM7.1 million) over the next 18 months to Holy Makkah Municipality under HAMCO’s contract to Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing,Commissioning and Operation of an Automated Regulatory Compliance System. The project is expected to contribute positively to the result of the Group over the contractual period.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Nova MSC Berhad or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded. This announcement is dated 19 November 2013. |
