LISTING’S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 52781 OF 2009

Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 7,500,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each, being a portion of the aforesaid Private Placement will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 23 March 2009.
