Subject | Nova MSC Group Wins a Contract of up to approx. RM17 million (SGD7.07 million) from the Attorney-General Chamber of Singapore for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commission and maintenance of a fully operational legislation editing and authentic publishing (“LEAP”) System. |
Contents | The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd (“NCN”), has been awarded an multi-million contract by the Singapore’s Attorney-General’s Chambers (“AGC”). Under the contract, NCN will provide to AGC the supply, delivery, installations, testing, commissioning of a fully operational legislation editing and authentic publishing systems (“System”) with an option for maintenance. NCN will implement the system at a contracted price of S$4.3 million (or approximately RM10.4 million) in multiple stages over the next 18 months. After the System warranty period, at the option of AGC, NCN will undertake the application maintenance at contracted value of up to S$2.7 million (or approximately RM6.6 million) over a period of 4 years. The project is expected to contribute positively to the result of the Group over the contractual period.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Nova MSC Berhad or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded. This announcement is dated 26th September 2008 |
