We refer to the above-captioned, and the earlier announcements dated 24 January 2006 and 21 March 2006 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.
We would like to announce that our Board of Directors has fixed the issue price of the shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement at RM0.107 per share. The issue price represents a discount of approximately 5% from the volume weighted average market price of NMSC shares for the five (5) market days up to 10 July 2006 of RM0.112.
