NOVA MSC BERHAD – PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

We refer to the above-captioned, and the earlier announcements dated 27 May 2005 and 4 July 2005 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad (“NMSC” or “Company”) (“Board”), OSK Securities Berhad wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price of the shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement at RM0.10 per share. The issue price represents a premium of approximately 42.45% from the weighted average market price of NMSC shares for the five (5) market days up to 8 July 2005 of RM0.0702.
