Contents :We refer to the announcements dated 24 January 2006, 21 March 2006, 11 July 2006 and 4 August 2006 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Nova MSC Berhad (“NMSC” or “Company”), OSK Securities Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the first tranche of the Private Placement with the listing of 13,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in NMSC (“Shares”) on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 August 2006. The Company intends to continue with the Private Placement up to the approved total of 32,303,500 new Shares and is presently in the midst of sourcing out prospective investors for the remaining Shares.
