Description NOVA MSC BERHAD (“NOVAMSC” OR THE “COMPANY”) PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN NOVAMSC (“SHARES” OR “NOVAMSC SHARES”) (“PLACEMENT SHARES”) OF UP TO 10% OF NOVAMSC’S ISSUED SHARES (“PLACEMENT”)

 

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 October 2023, 12 October 2023, 23 November 2023, 30 November 2023 and 14 May 2024 in relation to the Proposed Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 30 May 2024, approved NovaMSC’s application for an extension of time of 6 months up to 29 November 2024 to complete the implementation of the Placement.
