We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 February 2019, 7 March 2019, 20 March 2019, 30 August 2019 and 20 September 2019 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of NOVAMSC (“Board”), UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board, after taking into account the current market conditions, had decided not to proceed with the Private Placement.
