Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 August 2014, 26 August 2014, 5 September 2014, 15 September 2014, 21 November 2014 and 3 December 2014 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of NOVAMSC, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that on 4 December 2014, 81,579,600 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in NOVAMSC were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad representing twenty percent (20.0%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of NOVAMSC. As a result, the Private Placement is deemed completed. This announcement is dated 4 December 2014. |
