Change in Boardroom – MR LOH GUAN HUAT SUNNY

Sunny is currently the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of GBM Resources Ltd, 
a company listed at the Australia Stock Exchange, Non-Executive Chairman of 
Dex-Lab Private Limited, an AI/Robotic Company which is 60% owned by 
Nova Msc Bhd and Managing Director of Swift Venture Holdings Corporation, an 
investment holding company, specialising in investing undervalued companies 
and distressed assets in the Asia Pacific Region.

Prior to setting up Swift Venture, Sunny was the Chief Executive Officer, 
Vice chairman and board member of a Sino-foreign JV professional investment bank 
based in Shanghai, which focused on corporate restructuring, disposal of state-owned 
companies as well as M&A advisory.

Before his stint in Shanghai, Sunny was the Managing Director of three divisions 
within Hanson Pacific , a wholly owned subsidiary of Hanson PLC which was listed in US, 
London and Australia. Sunny's role includes M&A activities, restructuring of companies, 
identify suitable/potential target companies as well as overseeing 
the daily operations of three divisions.
