Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 February 2019, 7 March 2019 and 20 March 2019 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of NOVAMSC, UOBKH had on 30 August 2019 submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 19 March 2020 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
