The Board of Directors of NovaMSC (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company’s external auditors, Messrs. LTTH PLT has retired at the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.
The Company will appoint new external auditors and the relevant announcement will be made in due course.
