NEW CONTRACT AWARDED

The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd (“NCN”), has been informed by its consortium partner Oakchem Sdn Bhd (“OSB”) on 20th January 2006, that OSB had received a letter of award dated 10 January 2006 from the Land Transport Department, Ministry of Communications, Brunei Darussalam (“LTD”) for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of a New Land Transport Information System. The indicative contract value is approximately B$7.9 million (approximately RM18 million). NCN/OSB will be finalizing the contract details ready for contract signing in the few weeks.
 
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Nova MSC Berhad or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
