SYSTEMS ANALYST (WB) - HEALTHCARE

This position offers a career in the software development activities of Healthcare IT Solutions.

The job involves working closely with a group of development Team and R&D head to service our clients.

Reporting to the Head, R&D, your responsibilities would be to:

• Lead and manage a team of programmers for development as defined by the design team and according to company standards.
• Managing modules and functionalities of the in-house state of the art healthcare product
• Work closely with technical team to resolve issues and formulate solution for product and projects.

You should posses the following qualities:

• A University degree / Diploma in computer science or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of development experience in Application development, typically with Web Based solutions.
• Technically confident with the following technologies
  • ColdFusion web based development technology
  • Awareness with Oracle with respect to Application Development
  • Experience in System Design and optimisation will be an advantage
  • Confident with HTML/Jscript and PL/SQL programming
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels.
• Able to work independently, yet a team player who is self motivated, result orientated and high energy drive.
• Fresh graduate with potential and the right attitude will be considered.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Application development in health care Industry
• Awareness/Experience with web based/Windows application using .Net

ANALYST PROGRAMMER (NW) - HEALTHCARE

• Develop solution as defined by design team in accordance to company standards.
• Maintaining existing modules and functionalities of the product / projects
• Work closely with technical team to resolve issues and formulate solution for product / projects.

You should posses the following qualities:

• A Diploma / University degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least One year of development experience in .Net with a strong desire to succeed.
• Technically confident with the following technologies
  • .Net Application Development using Windows Forms
  • Database awareness for OLTP Application
  • Experience in OOP concepts with .Net will be advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels.
• Able to work independently, yet a team player who is self motivated, result orientated and high energy drive.
• Fresh graduate with potential and the right attitude will be considered.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Graphics Development
• Awareness/Experience with web based application using ColdFusion

LEAD TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

The successful candidate will play a lead role in the conceptualization, design and implementation of multi-tied products and applications based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, enhance and innovate existing and new suite of products and applications.
• Ensure scalability, extensibility, interoperability and consistency based on established architecture framework and best practices.
• Review, define, communicate and enforce efficient and effective documentation standards from conceptualisation to final delivery.
• Develop quick prototype and test critical areas of design, when necessary, to check understanding and feasibility of concept / design.
• Provide hands-on advice and coaching to members of project teams.
• Involve in trouble-shooting, optimizing and fine-tuning of the products/applications.
• Assist Business Development team in pre-sales activities (proposal responses, presentation to customers etc).
• Participate in latest technology research applicable to meet new business challenges.

You should posses the following qualities:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of software development experience (with at least 2 years in a lead role capacity) in internet or client server technology on Windows, UNIX or Linux platform.
• Strong leadership with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to implement and enforce procedures and processes.
• Strong organisation and problem solving skills.
• Visionary, innovative and creative with demonstrated ability to convert business challenges into technical solutions.
• Great drive and passion to keep up-to-date awareness of latest IT industry trends, best practices and technologies.
• Must have in-depth and extensive knowledge and experience in various J2EE technologies, framework, development tools and RDBMS.
• Preferably has hands-on experience in Weblogic and Oracle.
• Willingness to travel
