NOVACITYNETS, a wholly owned subsidiary of NOVA MSC, awarded a RM9.1 million contract from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority.
The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd (“NCN”) has won the tender from Building and Construction Authority in Singapore (“BCA”) to upgrade, manage, operate, support and enhance the Integrated Submission Processing Systems from 10 March 2015 to 9 March 2018 (“Contract”) for approximately RM9.1 million (approximately S$3.4 million). The Contract, subject to normal project risk, is expected to contribute positively to the result of the Group over the period.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Nova MSC Berhad or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
