The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“New RRPT”).
The Notice of AGM and the circular containing the information on the New RRPT will be issued to shareholders in due course.
