NOVAMSC wishes to inform that our Board of Directors (“Board”) as at the date of this announcement is an all-male board of directors, and the Company is in the midst of carrying out intensive woman director sourcing activities based on the criteria as set forth in our Directors’ Fit and Proper Policy duly published on our website, to comply with Rule 15.02(1)(b) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“AMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that requires NOVAMSC to have at least 1 woman director on the Board.
Pursuant to Rule 15.02(3) of the AMLR, the Company must fill the said vacancy within 3 months from the date of this announcement i.e. latest by 31 August 2023.
The Company will make further announcement(s) to update the sourcing result as and when appropriate
